Key Duties
- Enforce and maintain high security standards in strict compliance with corporate regulations and aviation security authority requirements.
- Supervise and monitor security contractors’ daily operations, including overall performance, manpower deployment, patrol arrangements, and contract compliance.
- Manage permit issuance and oversee security access control systems, ensuring proper maintenance and accurate record keeping.
- Lead case investigations by collecting data, conducting interviews, reviewing CCTV footage, etc and maintain close liaison with internal and/or government departments.
- Act as the ISO internal auditor for Security Services, preparing and consolidating security-related reports, circulars, notices, and audit materials for internal and external review.
- Support corporate emergency response procedures and provide continuous security training to both internal staff and security contractors.
- Coordinate seamless security arrangements for Terminals official visits, Sports Centre facilities, and other related activities.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline with minimum 2 years of supervisory experience. Candidates with lower academic qualifications should have 5+ years of solid supervisory experience, preferably in managing security operations.
- Solid operational knowledge in security systems / equipment (e.g. x-ray machines, ETD, Permit Control System) and holder of valid SPP and first aid certificates are advantageous.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, attentive to details and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Manager – Security Services.
