辦公室助理

職責

  • 協助外勤投遞文件及繳費工作 (包括郵局、銀行、政府部門等)
  • 安排速遞公司處理快遞及急件
  • 收集及分發內部文件
  • 保持茶水間整潔及設備齊全
  • 準備茶水小食予來賓訪客
  • 執行部門委派的一切雜務及辦公室行政工作

入職要求

  • 一年以上辦公室工作經驗
  • 對處理郵遞及銀行事項有一定認知
  • 良好中文,簡單英文閱讀及溝通能力
  • 有禮、形象整潔及遵守保密原則

工作時間

  • 每週工作五天,每天08:45 – 17:00
  • 星期一至星期五工作,勞工及公眾假期休假
