Assistant Trainer

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional training, special technical programs coordination and feedback monitoring
  • Create written and virtual training materials for operational/soft skills training and certification programs
  • Organize training and conference schedules. Handle related administration for various training events
  • Maintain training records and monitor recurrent training progress
  • Assist on Hactl’s IATA accredited Dangerous Goods training school administration work and assure the conformance of IATA training standards
  • Respond to the inquiries from external and internal customers
  • Assist in various ISO and airlines audit program
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualification

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in training, applicants who have a background in airline or air cargo is preferred
  • IATA Professional Skills for Dangerous Goods Instructor Certificate will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in written English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player, detail-organized and able to perform multiple tasks independently
