Engineer – Project Services (2-year Contract)

Duties

  • Assistant to SE to supervise the building and structural projects including waterproofing, replacement of protection barrier at airside transfer area, installation of addition roof top typhoon net for empty ULD storage, conversion of paving blocks to concrete and curtain wall inspection etc
  • Execute the projects with a value for money, efficient and effective program in conjunction with stakeholders to ensure technical and operational feasibility
  • Execute the project plan to track progress and costs, minimize project risks and minimize the impact on operations, maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Take appropriated measures to ensure sustainability, green terminal strategy and achieve full compliance with the relevant in-house rules, statutory regulations, and ISO standards
  • Coordinate with consultant, supervise contractors and vendors to deliver quality of works for the projects, within program and budget
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

  • Degree/ Higher Diploma in Architecture, Civil or Building Engineering with 5 years’ engineering or project experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
