Performance Enhancement Officer (Project Management)


  • Identify business needs and opportunities under the dynamic air cargo operation environment to improve operation efficiency and customer experience
  • Conduct process innovation, feasibility study, operational research and capacity planning on improvement initiatives
  • Prepare and present cost-effective project proposals
  • Perform business analysis, design and implementation of air cargo terminal operation procedures, facilities, technology and systems
  • Liaise and coordinate with counterparts in different departments
  • Assess and evaluate alternative solutions as proposed by solution providers
  • Keep abreast of latest industry trend, innovation and technology development
  • Promote cultural change towards the objectives


  • University graduate majoring in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Information Technology, Statistics, Management, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years' relevant working experience for Officer. Fresh graduates / Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
  • Creative, interested in innovation and new technologies
  • Self-motivated, willing to face challenges and capable to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Previous exposure to air cargo operation, Lean or Six Sigma is a plus
