Programme Details 

Highlights of the programme include accredited training on dangerous goods handling, cargo handling, and soft skills and team building. You’ll also have opportunities to visit external organizations and learn from experts in the industry. 

 

As an Operations Trainee, you’ll develop your career in one of three core sections: 

1. Terminal Services – Optimize and integrate the warehouse operation, including resource planning, airfreight documentation handling, and facilitating the cargo delivery process.
2. Ground Services – Provide professional services in the Ramp area, including aircraft loading and unloading, load control, and crew administration. 
3. Hacis – Logistic Services – Provide competitive logistic management solutions to the air cargo community, including full e-commerce solutions, SuperLink China Direct services, and tailored airfreight import and export services. 

 

Qualifications 

• Associate Degree / Higher Diploma holder in any disciplines OR 
• HKCEE / HKDSE with at least one year’s working experience 
• Good command of English and Chinese 
• 5-day per week and shift duties are required (including overnight) 
• Possession of Hong Kong Driving License class 1 & 2 is an advantage
