Duties

  • Conduct business analysis and compile reports by gathering market information and internal data
  • Draft quotation, proposal and contract upon receiving service enquiries
  • Provide timely and professional response to customers’ requests
  • Collect and provide data for analysis and feasibility study for new business opportunities
  • Support the team in project / new service solution execution, process reengineering and other initiatives
  • Assist in design of KPIs, SOP and scope of work for customers
  • Follow up accounts’ payment status, update service charge and cost record
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in air cargo, logistics, account servicing or related fields
  • More experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Corporate Development Officer
  • Sales and marketing experience in air cargo or logistics industry is an added advantage
  • Good command of Chinese, English and Putonghua
  • A good team player with a flexibility to travel
  • Proficient in PC skills, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint
