Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver challenging on-premises and cloud networking projects to support mission critical 24/7 air cargo operations
• Ensure new networking infrastructure and services are designed and implemented efficiently and securely to meet defined objectives
• Research latest networking solutions and conduct design and trial with manufacturers and system integrators (SI)
• Gather user and technical requirements and prepare RFP
• Liaise and negotiate with manufacturers and SI to derive cost effective proposals
• Manage SI and work with internal technical teams and user departments to rollout projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Over 10 years solid design and hands-on experience in sizeable on-premises and cloud networking infrastructures, with at least 3 years project management and implementation experience
• Technically competent & highly proficient in the following areas:
  o Enterprise network routing, switching, wireless, remote access, load balancing and SASE solutions
  o Mainstream LAN, WAN and Internet routing protocols – Spanning Tree, OSPF, VLAN, VxLAN, HSRP, VRRP, BGP, IPSec, SSL VPN, TLS
  o On-premises and cloud security solutions - Firewalls, Web Application Firewalls, IPS/IDS, Secure Web Gateway, DDoS mitigation, DNSSEC
  o Azure Networking and ExpressRoute
  
• Strong communication, problem solving, vendor management and negotiation skills
• Good verbal and written English and Cantonese
