Key Duties
- Assist in developing, editing, and coordinating the production of corporate content for various materials including brochures, newsletters, digital media, exhibitions, and company events
- Support the arrangement of company tours for visitors
- Capture news clippings, maintain update of the digital display system, manage central filing of company news, media reports, central library of company photos and videos
- Assist in the drafting, translating, and distributing of press releases and company news, and other corporate materials
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content consistency and support branding and PR campaigns
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- University Degree in Journalism, Language, Translation, Marketing and PR related disciplines
- 1–2 years working experience in in-house Content Creation, Public Relations, Corporate Communications and Marketing departments preferred (fresh graduates with strong writing skills are welcome to apply)
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) with strong translation and copywriting abilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude, well-organised, detail-oriented, willing to learn and a good team player
- Proficiency in MS word, Excel and PowerPoint (Chinese inputting is required)
