物業管理主任

Duties

  • To assist Manager - Property Management Services and Senior Property Management Officer in handling property management services to tenants and users, carpark management, sustainability, pest control, horticulture, and cleaning services.
  • Provide value-added property management services
  • Overview daily operation of cleaning, garbage handling, recycling, pest control, horticulture, carpark system, pandemic measure, property facility maintenance, etc.
  • Supervise subordinates and service contractors to ensure quality services are provided
  • Answer enquiries, handle complaints, provide information and carry out activities to resolve tenants’ issues
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and tenants to ensure proper work schedule and services are provided
  • Coordinate the procurement of services, materials, equipment related to property management
  • Attend regular meetings and prepare reports
  • Support in executing various strategy and operational procedures in sustainability and company audit
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 5 years' experience on property management with 2 years in supervisory level
  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Studies / Property Management / Facility Management / Administration
  • Customer oriented and good communication skill
  • Good command of English and Chinese
