Duties

• Coordinate with solution providers and users for the project implementation and production support activities
• Provide training and support to end-users involved in IT projects of the enterprise solution
• Assist in the overall project delivery life cycle of IT applications to complies to standard IT Practices and Governance
• Provide on-going support and maintenance of IT applications to ensure service stability and availability for enterprise solutions
• Monitoring system health and addressing any abnormal servers or network issues with infrastructure teams
• Assist IT specialist or Manager to conduct technical analysis and design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in information technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines is preferrable.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in application / system development.
• Ability to work independently and experience in providing applications technical support (e.g., HRIS, Finance system).
• Experience with database maintenance (e.g., MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• Experience in JIRA and source code control tools, e.g., Bitbucket.
• Basic knowledge of Windows server and Linux server maintenance.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and self-motivated.
• Candidates with below knowledge will be an advantage
  o Familiarity with web content management systems such as Umbraco, WordPress, WPEngine, Vercel, and Kentico.
  o Programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, ASP.Net, or VBA macro.
  o Knowledge of MS SharePoint M365, Azure, and Power Platform (Power Automate or Power Apps).
