Duties

• Collaborate with the users and internal IT team, translate business and technical requirement into system requirement, and manage vendor delivery team for project implementation of the enterprise solution
• Coordinate with solution providers and users for the project implementation and production support activities
• Participate in vendor solution sourcing, solution evaluation, technical design, tender process and contract management
• Participate in the overall project delivery life cycle of IT applications to complies to standard IT Practices and Governance
• Provide on-going support and maintenance of IT applications to ensure service stability and availability for enterprise solutions
• Assist IT specialist or Manager to conduct technical analysis and design

Qualifications

• High Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in application / system development
• Good knowledge of ERP modules, such as finance, human resources, procurement, asset management
• Familiarity with ERP software, such as Oracle, IBM, Odoo, CRM, MS
• Proficiency in system customization, report generation, and workflow design
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a flexible and dynamic environment
• Good analytical, problem solving, vendor management and presentation skills
• Good team player, strong self-initiative, and commit to achieve high quality results
