Key Duties
- Organize and coordinate high-level meetings and executive travel arrangements.
- Manage courier services, office supplies, equipment maintenance, and stationery inventory.
- Provide general clerical support including filing, typing, mail handling, and telephone enquiries.
- Maintain petty cash, monitor office expenses, and assist in budget preparation.
- Coordinate office assistant and driver’s daily duties and visitor permit issuance.
- Support subscription management for periodicals and postage replenishment.
- Update and distribute contact lists for committees and board members.
- Act as backup to the Executive Secretary during absence.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 passes in HKCEE or 6 subjects at Grade 2/E in HKDSE.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration or related roles.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Competent in using common computer applications, including Chinese word processing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
