Responsibilities
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with IT Project Governance Guideline
- Assist in preparing the project documents and monitor the project status, including the procurement process
- Provide guidance during the review, negotiation and evaluation of tendering
- Assist in managing the project accounting, budgeting and charging activities relating to IT department
- Assist in managing all procurement activities relating to IT department’s requests, including analysis and advisory support for procurement decision-making
- Provide support for invoice processing, fixed asset registration, and maintain accurate fixed asset inventory records
- Assist in conducting fixed asset count, and managing asset disposal
- Prepare monthly report regarding IT projects and updates
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Computer Studies / IS Management or related disciplines
- Preferably 1 year’s related working experience but fresh graduate will also be considered
- Previous experience in project and procurement experience is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Detailed-minded, organized and able to work independently
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
