  • The Assistant Performance Enhancement Manager reports to the Performance Enhancement Manager and supports the team in developing and implementing business innovation strategies. The role will assist in tailoring strategies and ideas to departments to strive for operational excellence, in line with the organization’s vision and objectives to drive growth and competitive positioning in the market.

Key Duties

  • Assist in developing new operating models by analyzing current work processes and other support functions, and contributing to the incorporation of improved operating procedures.
  • Support feasibility studies and Proof of Concepts (PoC), design and conduct test cases to evaluate the new technologies for business improvement.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and service providers to support project planning and execution, helping to drive deliverables to achieve success.
  • Assist in monitoring and evaluating the operational performance of project initiatives according to project proposals.
  • Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure project milestones are met and facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
  • Initially support cutting-edge engineering projects focused on robotics and automation, with gradual expansion into other innovation-driven initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, IT, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in project management, business analysis, process transformation, procedure design, or service quality improvement.
  • Knowledge of air cargo terminal operations or logistics is preferred.
  • Good project management, data analysis and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, with a keen interest in innovation and new technologies.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
