Responsibility:

• Monitor computer systems’ performance in operation and ensure that the performance has reached to the pre-defined service standard agreed with users
• Act as duty officer for computer systems support hotline
• Initiate any trouble-shooting actions for rectifying various computer systems
• Assist in formulate project planning and coordination
• Coordinate, plan and conduct functional specification review, prepare test cases, conduct user acceptance test and post-implementation test for projects, enhancements and production faults
• Conduct on-site monitoring and provide user support for various computer systems related to operation
• Arrange and carry out systems implementation activities, including circular/bulletin write-up and end-users briefing
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
  

Entry Requirement:

• HKDSE/Form 5 graduate with 5 years of experience in aviation industry OR
• HD in Business Administration / Computer Studies / Logistics or related disciplines with 1 year related experience
• Good knowledge or System Development life cycle and familiar with MS Office applications
• Good command of Cantonese, written and spoken English
• Mature, customer focus and capable to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a flexible and dynamic environment
• Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
