Engineering Trainee

Our Engineering Trainee Programme is designed to develop our up-and-coming professional engineers. It is a 2-year structured training programme for engineering graduates featuring multiple team secondments, project assignments, and management skills training.

You will join the Engineering and Facilities Services Department, responsible for maintaining the cargo handling systems and mechanised facilities of SuperTerminal 1, providing ultra-reliable services to our customer airlines. You’ll also undertake enhancement projects that continuously improve the efficiency and performance of the terminal. On successful completion of the Engineering Trainee Programme, Engineer Trainees will be promoted to Engineer status, with opportunities for advancement to senior management.

You will get to work with the latest and newest technology and facilities and acquire knowledge and skills that will enable you to adapt in an ever-changing industry in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree holders in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality with strong leadership skills
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese
  • Strong character and ability to work under pressure
  • Shift duties are required (including overnight)
