Duties

• Perform load control duties according to airlines’ specifications, which include load sheet, trim sheet, lateral balance checks, cumulative checks and LMC
• Monitor flight schedules
• Check airlines’ relevant telex and respond to general enquires for the flight, if required
• Assist superior to liaise with customer airlines on flight handling matters, update and inform them especially upon critical situation
• Brief work groups on special handling requirements on aircraft loading and unloading
• Ensure all operations are carried out smoothly and in strict compliance with regulations and safety standards laid down by the Company
• Verify, compile and pass information to superior for decision making and / or follow up action
• Act as mentor to coach junior / newly recruited staff
• Maintain good discipline and staff morale in work area
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior

Qualifications

• Preferable 3 years’ services in the company or related industry
• Hong Kong driving license with categories 2 or 2A is preferable
• 5 subjects passed in HKCEE including Mathematics, Chinese and English (Grade E / Level 2 or above) or
  6 subjects achieved Grade E / Level 2 in HKDSE (including Mathematics, Chinese and English)
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese

Working Hours

• 5-day (45 hours) work week, outdoor work and irregular shift (include overnight) required
