Requirement
- Degree/Higher Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/Mechanical Engineering discipline.
- 5 years’ working experience in relevant maintenance with at least 3 years at a supervisory level.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Chinese.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled daily maintenance, repair, minor alterations, and replacement of electronic equipment, ensuring efficient resource use and productivity.
- Coordinate and monitor electronic contractors’ performance and ensure the new installations meet the required specifications.
- Liaise with the IT Department to ensure proper operation, maintenance, and repair of electronic network equipment.
- Prepare tender specifications, supervise tendering, project setup, installation, and ensure projects meet quality standards and schedules.
- Manage warranty claims and collaborate with Contracts & Administration, Procurement, and Store Sections to maintain appropriate stock levels of spares and materials.
- Conduct user training for the relevant section or department prior to handing over the work.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
- Lead and supervise the team, ensuring workplace safety, cleanliness, proper housekeeping, efficient work practices, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
