Accounts Clerk – Accounts Receivable

Duties

  • Prepare and distribute invoices/ debit notes/ credit notes/ statements to customers.
  • Follow up discrepancy and adjustments.
  • Reconciliation of accounts.
  • Update customers information in the accounting system.
  • Answer customer’s enquires in relation to finance and accounting matters.
  • Cooperate and communicate with other departments in daily operation.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • F.5 /DSE or above
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Office applications
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • LCCI Higher Certification holder
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive working attitude, stable and willing to learn
