Key Duties

• Assist Senior Engineer to supervise in-house renovation and facility improvement projects including but not limited to office fit-outs, toilet refurbishments and canteen renovation.
• Execute the projects with a value for money, efficient and effective program in conjunction with stakeholders to ensure technical and operational feasibility.
• Execute the project plan to track progress and costs, minimize project risks and minimize the impact on operations, maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Take appropriate measures to ensure sustainability, green terminal strategy and achieve full compliance with the relevant in-house rules, statutory regulations, and ISO standards.
• Coordinate with consultant, supervise contractors and vendors to deliver quality of work for the projects, within program and budget.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• 5 years’ relevant engineering or project experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, Building, Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Candidate with a relevant higher diploma and  7 years’ work experience will also be considered.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
