Executive Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to Chief Executive
  • Consolidate travel arrangements and plan business travel itinerary of Chief Executive
  • Manage executive's schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure its smoothness and seamless logistics
  • Attend management meetings and prepare minutes
  • Act as the primary liaison between executives and various internal and external stakeholders, facilitating timely and effective communication
  • Support research, report and email writing to external parties including Government contacts, corporate and public institutions
  • Coordinate and supervise a team of administrative staff and driver and ensure tasks are delivered with high quality
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
  • Prepare department's budget and exercise budgetary control

Requirements:

  • 8 years’ secretarial experience, with at least 5 years working with senior executives
  • Bachelor degree or above in any discipline
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Exposure to the aviation or logistics industries is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
