Key Duties

• Supervise ramp and flight operations, including aircraft loading and unloading, load control, and turnaround coordination.
• Ensure on-time performance (OTP) by coordinating with other service providers on the apron.
• Communicate with airline personnel, cockpit crew, ramp loading and flight operation teams.
• Keep superiors updated on flight handling matters, especially during critical situations.
• Conduct work briefings for work groups.
• Coordinate with handling operators and agents on all pre-arrival arrangements, load planning, and special cargo handling.
• Perform flight coordination by overseeing the overall aircraft turnaround process.
• Ensure all loading information is accurately and promptly conveyed to all relevant parties.
• Operate in-plane systems and ground support equipment when necessary.
• Confirm that the aircraft restraint system is thoroughly checked following the completion of aircraft loading.

Requirements

• 3 years’ work experience in aviation industry.
• Candidate with an Associate Degree/Higher Diploma and a minimum of 1 year’s work experience will also be considered.
• Hong Kong driving license with categories 2/2A is an added advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Working Hours

• 5-day (45 hours) work week, outdoor work and irregular shift (including overnight) required.
