Key Duties

• Monitor computer systems’ performance in operation and ensure that the performance has reached to the pre-defined service standard agreed with users.
• Act as duty officer for computer systems support hotline.
• Initiate any trouble-shooting actions for rectifying various computer systems.
• Assist in formulate project planning and coordination.
• Coordinate, plan and conduct functional specification review.
• Prepare test cases and conduct testing, including:
  -conduct user acceptance testpost
  -implementation test for projects
  -enhancements and production faults
• Conduct on-site monitoring and provide user support for various computer systems related to operation.
• Handle systems implementation activities, including drafting circular/bulletin and briefing end-users.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• HKDSE/Form 5 graduate with 5 years of experience in aviation industry OR.
• HD in Business Administration / Computer Studies / Logistics or related disciplines with 1 year related experience.
• Experience in air cargo industry is preferred.
• Good Knowledge of System Development life cycle and familiar with MS Office applications.
• Good command of Cantonese, written and spoken English.
• Customer focused and able to handle enquiries with patience.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a flexible and dynamic environment and capable to work under pressure.
• Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
