Key Duties
- Release Planning: Define release scope, schedule, and milestones in collaboration with development, QA, and operations teams.
- Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for all release-related activities across teams.
- Center of Enablement: Drive the adoption, standardization, and continuous improvement of secure development and operations practices across the organization.
- Compliance: Ensure releases comply with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., ISO27001).
- Automation & CI/CD: Work with development teams to improve release automation and pipeline efficiency.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT application release management, DevOps, or related roles.
- Candidates with solid IT application experience and a strong drive to grow in release management or DevOps are also welcome.
- Candidates with the following experience will have an advantage:
-Hands-on experience in DevOps tools on scripting and setup such as Jira, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Helm.
-Prior administrative experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket as well as SAST / SCA tools.
-Knowledge in containerization. - Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, self-motivated, good team player, and ability to work independently and proactively.
- Passionate in learning and adopting new technologies.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
