Supervisor – Service Support


  • Report to Senior Supervisor for the development and execution of staff training programme and warehouse safety standards in Hacis to meet the changing operational needs
  • Work with Operational team, Learning and Development department and related parties to plan, develop and conduct staff training programmes
  • Collaborate with Safety, Sustainability & Quality Assurance team to plan and develop warehouse safety standards aligning to industry standard
  • Monitor and ensure operational team's general performance aligns with safety standards, address potential problems and propose suggested solutions
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor


  • 3 years’ work experience in aviation industry, preferably with supervisory experience
  • F.5 or above
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Working Hour

  • 5-day work week, shift duty required (mainly daytime duty)
